Pat NoblesDavid P. Nobles is President and managing broker of The Noble Company of SC, LLC. The Noble Company of South Carolina, LLC, a full service resort property management and real estate sales company. The Noble Company currently manages numerous homeowner associations, commercial and residential rental properties, timeshare associations and a number of general real estate sales brokerage clients.
Mr. Nobles, a Horry county native, has been active in the real estate business since 1974, having been directly involved in the management of property owners association since 1979. Having earned and been awarded the designation of Certified Property Manager® (CPM), by the Institute of Real Estate Management, and a Certified Manager of Community Association® (CMCA) by the Community Association Institute, Mr. Nobles has distinguished himself in the areas of experience, education, and ethical conduct. Along the Grand Strand, Mr. Nobles is one of the select few to have met the qualifications and been awarded both these designations.

Holding a South Carolina real estate license, he is also a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors (CCAR), South Carolina Association of Realtors (SCAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and Community Associations Institute (CAI). He has served on the Ethics committee of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors and currently serves on the community advisory board of Carolina First Bank. Mr. Nobles currently serves on the City of North Myrtle Beach Planning Commission. Through The Noble Company of SC, LLC, Mr. Nobles is a member of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and the South Carolina Hospitality Association.

Mr. Nobles stays active by serving as a deacon in his church and is president of University Ridge homeowners association located in Clemson, SC. He enjoys watching Clemson sports, playing golf, and spending time with his 10 grandchildren.


Jennifer N Harmon, CPM®
Vice President of Operations

Jennifer HarmonFor over twenty-three years, Mrs. Harmon has overseen the operations of the maintenance and Homeowner's Association Management divisions of our full service real estate and property Management Company. Her areas of oversight include managing maintenance operations for the Homeowner's Associations serviced and managing the full range of other administrative, clerical, site operations, accounting, forecasting, and emergency preparedness functions necessary for all sites. Prior to assuming these critical corporate officer functions, she spent her first years with The Noble Company in the role of Director of Operations in the Homeowner's Association division.

Mrs. Harmon is a Horry County native, and a graduate of the University of South Carolina, Columbia campus, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising Management. She has also previously worked in the banking industry, with First Citizens Bank in Columbia, SC.

Mrs. Harmon holds an active South Carolina real estate license. She is a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, the South Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She has earned and was awarded the designation of Certified Property Manager® by the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2001. She is an active member of South Carolina IREM Chapter 72 and IREM National. Along the Grand Strand, she is one of a select few to have been awarded this designation. In conjunction with Mr. Nobles, currently they are central figures of the only real estate management company in Horry County to maintain two active CPM designees on staff.

Mrs. Harmon remains active in her church by serving previous positions as budget and finance chairperson, Sunday School Director, teacher and volunteer in many youth and children's programs. She is currently a member of the North Myrtle Beach Middle School PTO and is a North Myrtle Beach High School Booster Club sponsor. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and in home improvement projects. She currently resides in Little River, SC with her husband of 23 years, and her teenaged daughter and son.


Shannon N. Fries, Realtor®, RRP
Vice President Sales & Development

Shannon FriesHaving joined The Noble Company in 1993, Mrs. Fries is currently responsible for company real estate sales division and new business development. For more than the past decade, she has overseen the administration of four divisions of this full service property management and real estate sales company. Her areas of responsibility and oversight include the timeshare resort management division, vacation rentals, annual leasing and real estate sales. Prior to these critical corporate officer functions she spent over five years as the Coordinator of the timeshare management/sales division. She maintains real estate licensing in South Carolina.

Mrs. Fries is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation & Tourism Management with emphasis in Travel & Tourism. After serving as Rural Site Director of a university sponsored fellowship program Rural Recreation Development Project in Central, SC, she served as the Athletic Director for the Walterboro-Colleton County Recreation Commission in Walterboro, SC.

Mrs. Fries is recognized by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) as a Registered Resort Professional (RRP). She currently serves the vacation industry on the Community Relations Committee in the ARDA-Carolinas chapter and serves on the Public Relations Committee of ARDA. She has served as an awards judge for the ARDY awards, speaker at regional conferences and currently coordinates the ARDA-Carolinas newsletter.

Shannon with FamilyNot only a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, South Carolina Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors, Mrs. Fries is active within the community by serving on the Horry County Superintendent Business Cabinet, Sports Tourism Committee with the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Advisory Committee for Atlantic Bank & Trust. Other current or recent affiliations include the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, Loris Chamber of Commerce, and Hospitality Association of South Carolina. When not at work, Mrs. Fries enjoys traveling with her family and sporting events. She resides in North Myrtle Beach, SC with her husband and children.


Rick Elderbaum, CMCA®, AMS
Director of HOA Operations

Rick ElderbaumHaving joined The Noble Company in 2008, Rick Elderbaum is currently responsible for the homeowners association (HOA) management department operations. His responsibilities include scheduling and supervising all maintenance operations, oversight of hiring and training maintenance staff, monitor critical systems, development and implement maintenance programs to insure continuous operation and minimize costly repairs for our clients.

Prior to relocating to the Grand Strand in 2006, Rick managed properties in the state of New York where he developed and maintained an in depth knowledge of municipal, state, and federal building codes (health/safety/fire), DHEC and OSHA regulations. Having been involved at a supervisory level of property management of residential, second homes, and vacation style properties for over 20 years, he has become an accomplished professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He believes those skills serve as a foundation to effectively negotiate and maintain positive relationships with residents, owners, management and staff in a comprehensive team effort.

Rick Elderbaum is recognized by the Community Association Institute (CAI) as a Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) and an Association Management Specialist (AMS). Other recent affiliations include the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, Loris Chamber of Commerce, and Hospitality Association of South Carolina.

Mr. Elderbaum benefits from serving as Vice President of the board of Waterford Plantation and is Chairman of the Carolina Forest Civic Association HOA subcommittee. When not working, Rick enjoys restoring old cars. Rick resides in Carolina Forest with his wife.
