Our History

The Noble Company of South Carolina LLC opened for business on October 1, 1985, with a focus on specializing in real estate property management. Founders and current owners, D.P. "Pat" and Marsha Nobles, saw the need for a service oriented management company with trained, experienced and educated professionals to manage homeowner associations in a growing condominium market. Over the years, The Noble Company of South Carolina LLC has become a predominant property management firm by evolving with new technology and business practices without sacrificing its original focus of service by experienced professionals.

Locally owned and operated, The Noble Company of South Carolina LLC principles, have been involved in the local real estate industry since 1974. Directly involved in the management of property owners association since 1979, Mr. Nobles has literally grown in his profession as the Grand Strand market has grown and changed throughout the years. Having earned and been awarded the designation of Certified Property Manager® (CPM®), by the Institute of Real Estate Management, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, he has gained the recognition and distinction of being one of the five designees in the area. The Noble Company boasts having 2 CPM® designees in management operations.

Today, The Noble Company of South Carolina LLC manages numerous homeowner associations, employs 100+ people, and is centrally located to meet the needs of homeowners in Horry and Georgetown counties and in southeastern North Carolina. The Noble Company of South Carolina LLC is uniquely qualified to manage homeowners associations, real estate sales including on-site sales, and rental management, in that we, individually, have years of local experience in this market, have expertise gained by managing through crisis and prosperity, and have embraced nationally recognized credentials in real estate management to insure the highest level of service and integrity.
