David P. (Pat) Nobles, CPM®, CMCA®

David P. Nobles is President and managing broker of The Noble Company of SC, LLC. Mr. Nobles, a Horry county native, has been active in the real estate business since 1974, having been directly involved in the management of property owners association since 1979. He holds the designation of Certified Property Manager® (CPM), by the Institute of Real Estate Management, and a Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) by the Community Association Institute.
Mr. Nobles is one of the select few in the area to have met the qualifications and been awarded both these designations. Holding a South Carolina and North Carolina real estate license, he is also a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors (CCAR), South Carolina Association of Realtors (SCAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and Community Associations Institute (CAI). He has served in several capacities in the community over the years with the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, community advisory boards of regional banking institutions and is a past chairman of the City of North Myrtle Beach Planning Commission.
Mr. Nobles stays active by serving his church, traveling with his wife of 50+ years and serves as president of University Ridge homeowners association located in Clemson, SC. He enjoys watching Clemson sports, playing golf, and spending time with his 11 grandchildren.
Jennifer N Harmon, CPM®
Vice President of Operations

For 30+ years, Mrs. Harmon has overseen the operations of the maintenance and Homeowner's Association Management divisions of The Noble Company. Her areas of oversight include managing maintenance operations for the Homeowner's Associations serviced, administrative, clerical, site operations, accounting, forecasting, and emergency preparedness functions necessary for all sites.
Mrs. Harmon is a Horry County native, and a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
Mrs. Harmon holds a South Carolina real estate license. She is a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, the South Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She has earned and was awarded the designation of Certified Property Manager® by the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2001. She is an active member of South Carolina IREM Chapter 72 and IREM National.
Mrs. Harmon is active in her church by serving previous positions as budget and finance chairperson, Sunday School Director, teacher and volunteer in many youth and children's programs. She enjoys spending time with family including her husband, children and grandchild.
Shannon N. Fries, Realtor®, RRP

Having joined The Noble Company in 1993, Ms. Fries is currently responsible for the real estate sales division and new business development. Prior to the current position, she was in charge of the administration of four divisions of this full service property management and real estate sales company. Her areas of responsibility and oversight include timeshare resort management division, vacation rentals, annual leasing and real estate sales.
Ms. Fries maintains real estate licensing in South Carolina. She is holds a degree from Clemson University with Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation& Tourism Management.
Ms. Fries is recognized by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) as a Registered Resort Professional (RRP). She has served the vacation industry through various committees, speaker at regional conferences, and judge for awards.
She is a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, South Carolina Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Ms. Fries is a graduate of Leadership CCAR 2010. She is active within the community by serving on the Horry County Superintendent Business Cabinet and community advisory boards local banks and with the city of North Myrtle Beach.
Mrs. Fries enjoys traveling with her family in her spare time. She resides in North Myrtle Beach, SC with her husband and 2 daughters.
Debbie Y. Walters
Director of HOA Operations

Having rejoined The Noble Company in 2007, Debbie Walters is currently responsible for the homeowner's association (HOA) management department operations. Her responsibilities include scheduling and supervising all maintenance operations, oversight of hiring and training maintenance staff, monitor critical systems, development and implement maintenance programs to insure continuous operation and minimize costly repairs for our clients.
Born and raised in Conway SC, and USC/Coastal Carolina alumni, Ms. Walters spent several years in the property management field and construction field where she developed and has maintained an in depth knowledge of supervising large construction and renovation projects including tracking job costs and scheduling. Having been involved at a supervisory level of property management of residential, second homes, and vacation style properties for over 20 years, she has become an accomplished professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ms. Walters enjoys her position as Music Director at Pine Grove Baptist church. She is a past director of the Bethea Singers from Darlington SC and is a past director of the Seaside Emmaus Community board of directors. Debbie resides with her husband in Longs SC and she loves spending time with her daughter, son in law and 9 grandchildren.
